100 Super-Fun STEM Resources for Kids
Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics {STEM} skills are vital to our kids’ futures, and the future of society. Besides… it’s fun to incorporate STEM into everyday activities for young children. I’ve pulled together 100 super-fun STEM resources to help you enjoy some fun {and sneak in the learning} with your kids.
STEM is everywhere. Have you ever really thought about how often our kids come across something STEM related in their day? Science is found in their natural world – the trees, plants, butterflies, erosion on the creek bed, and so much more. Technology is part of our kids’ every day lives – iPads, Kindles, computer programming, telescopes, and all the way back to the invention of the wheel. Engineering is found in the construction of bridges, homes, buildings, and other infrastructures. Math is a crucial skill to help them balance checkbooks, buy groceries, budgeting, and so much more.
